The 17th annual Baptist Health Care Healthy Living Expo is next week. Kick off the New Year with free health screenings, wellness information, refreshments, live entertainment, door prizes and more. Who said being healthy had to be boring?
Bring your friends and family to receive a free membership in Baptist Health Care’s GoldenCare and Get Healthy Pensacola wellness programs. Pick up a free pedometer and walking log to participate in “Ready, Set…WALK PENSACOLA!†– one of the newer programs through Get Healthy Pensacola!
The free health screenings and information will include: heart and stroke risk assessments, blood glucose screenings, blood pressure assessments, non-fasting total cholesterol screenings, osteoporosis (heel scan) screenings and vision screenings by Sight & Sun Eyeworks. The first 25 to arrive at 9 a.m. and after 11 a.m. will receive a special gift.
