Buzz: Legislative budget will cost Escambia Co. $6 million

The cuts to Medicaid that the Florida Legislature is considering will be pushed down to the counties. Escambia County will have to come up with $6 million. This could mean cuts to public libraries, ECAT and any outside agencies like the Chamber and United Way.
