Buzz: Judge refuses to dismiss case against three commissioners

Judge Linda Nobles denied the request to dismiss Forrest Gibbs lawsuit against Escambia County Commissioners Grover Robinson, Kevin White and Marie Young. Gibbs suing the trio individually for interfering with his employment with the county at the Equestrian Center. As it stands now, Robinson, White and Young will have to pay for their own legal fees and any damages, if they lose the lawsuit.
