Question of the day

crack

When is a decision not a decision?  When the “decision” is made by the Pensacola City Council.

Case in point: The Pensacola City Council voted a couple years ago to bring mixed use to the Port of Pensacola. It even had a Blue Ribbon Task Force headed by Jerry Maygarden in 2004 recommend it. However, when it comes time to put out a RFP for developers to actually build mixed use, the city council balks and wants to study the port some more.

Tell me again who great, decisive and visionary our 10-member city council is.
