EHS arsonist high on cocaine

NorthEscambia.com has obtained the arrest report of Daniel Lance Quattlebaum,the man accused of setting fire to Escambia High School Tuesday nigh.

Quattlebaun turned himself in. He called 9-1-1 and told the dispatcher that he had broken into Escambia High School and set it on fire. He would wait at the corner of 57th Avenue and Lillian Highway for the deputies to arrest him. He also told the dispatcher that he was â€œfull of cocaineâ€.
