Santa Rosa ECO goes to Level 3

Email from County PIO: Santa Rosa County is currently activated at a level 3 for Isaac. We will go to a level 2 at 8 a.m. Monday and a level 1 at 7 p.m. The media room will be available for your staff at 8 a.m. on Monday. You are welcome at anytime during this activation.
