Kimbrough resigns from DIB

Franklin D. “Kim” Kimbrough announced his resignation as the executive director of the Downtown Improvement Board. He will be heading a chamber in Missouri. Realtor and former DIB board member Sandra Ward will be the interim. Jeremy Morrison will be posting more later.
