Mayor Ashton Hayward announced today that he will give his 2013 State of the City address at the Saenger Theatre on Oct. 22.
I stand corrected.
Note: In the McNesby days, the way we influenced the Sheriff’s office was to post something and they would do the opposite to prove us wrong. Surely the mayor wouldn’t be so childish. The October address was probably his plan all along.
