We are hearing rumblings again from the parents of Suter Elementary. The school may be slated for closure in 2009 or 2010 -but no one in the district hq really wants to talk about it. The soccer moms are seriously looking at running their own “Save Suter” candidate against incumbent Patty Hightower.
The district needs to close some schools to save money. Will Suter get the ax? Expect every superintendent candidate to be asked that question between now and the election.
