City Council will discuss adopting city motto. City of Five Flags vs. Upside of Florida

Councilman Charles Bare has put on the city council’s agenda for Dec. 12 a resolution that would make the city’s official motto: “The City of Five Flags.” The mayor introduced his motto, “Upside of Florida,” in July 2012. This could be an interesting discussion.
