Erin Brittany Markes will appear tomorrow, April 16, at 9 a.m. before Circuit Judge Ron Swanson in court room 213 in the Santa Rosa County courthouse.
Markes is the 19-year-old Pace mother was jailed for criminal neglect after her son, age 4, was brought in mid-March to a local hospital weighing less than 15 pounds.
