Justices approve wording for medical marijuana amendment

The Florida Supreme Court, in a 4-3 decision Monday, approved the wording of a proposed constitutional amendment that would legalize medical marijuana in the state. The ruling means the proposal will go before voters during the Nov. 4 election. The News Service will have a full story later Monday.
