Tampa TV station reports rogue chemist tried to cut a deal

Tampa TV station Fox 13 is reporting that FDLE Chemist Joseph Graves tried to negotiate with law enforcement before his arrest. He offered his full cooperation in exchange. He admitted to taking the drugs because he had a back problem.
