Yesterday Commissioner Steven Barry talked on IN Your Head Radio about the details of the compromise he and a subcommittee have worked out for 4-H in Escambia County. The proposal, which still has to be approved by the 4-H Foundation, is to purchase two parcels in the Molino area, combined 108 acres, for $540,000.
