The Daily News reports that Jaden Markes, who has been at the center of the recent child neglect controversy that turned out to be brain disorder, is back in the custody of his mother, Erin, but is in hospice at West Florida Hospital.
The 4-year-old boy’s medical condition – the Miller-Dieker Syndrome, a subset of the genetic brain disorder lissencephaly – is terminal.
