Westside Branch Library at Legion Field Ribbon Cutting Ceremony tomorrow

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held for the Westside Branch Library at Legion Field tomorrow, Tuesday, September 30, 11 a.m., 1301 W. Gregory St., Pensacola.

The Westside Branch Library is part of the West Florida Public Library System and is now located inside the Theophalis May Neighborhood Resource Center. The nearly 3,500 square foot facility will provide the community with 24 computer stations, collections of books, magazines, movies and music, as well as online resources including language instruction, auto repair manuals, health and wellness resources and more.

The celebration will be hosted by Commission Chairman Lumon May, the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners and the West Florida Public Library System and Governing Board.

The Westside Branch Library will be open:

Monday through Thursday – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sunday – Closed
