EHS player will get an expedited hearing process

The parents of Terek Miller, one of the Escambia High football players declared ineligible by the Florida High School Athletic Association, will get an expedited hearing process.

The First District Court of Appeal granted their motion today. Answer briefs shall be filed by no later than 5:00 p.m., October 14, 2014, and the reply brief, if any, shall be filed on or before October 21, 2014.
