District reaches agreement with Teachers union on pay raise

The Escambia County School District and the Escambia Education Association (EEA) and the Union of Escambia Education Support Personnel (ESP) announced this afternoon that a collective bargaining agreement has been reached to give a 4% increase in pay to all teachers and educational support personnel.

The pay increase will be retroactive to July 1. In addition, the Escambia County School District and Escambia Education Association have reached agreement on a Performance Pay Formula to comply with Florida Law.
