Surveillance video of April 30 jail explosion

Inweekly publishes this week “When Everything Went Black” – its article on the ATF report on the April 30 explosion of the Central Booking & Detention Facility. With the help of the State Attorney’s Office, we got access to the videos, interviews and documents ATF used to determine the origin and cause of the blast.
