Randy Oliver new Citrus County administrator

Randy Oliver, the former administrator of Escambia County, is the new county administrator for Citrus County, Florida. Yesterday Citrus Commissioners unanimously approved his $140,000 contract .

Oliver was the unanimous choice of commissioners, who interviewed five finalists in December. He had done some consulting work for the county in 2013. He helped the county develop a strategy in response to the Duke Energy property tax crisis.
