Pensacola Coffee Party meets on campaign finance and anti-corruption act

Pensacola Coffee Party is holding an open planning meeting 6:30-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at West Florida Public Library Tryon Branch, 1200 Langley Avenue.

Topics will include discussion of various grass roots advocacy groups and their strategies to combat big money government corruption:
Lawrence Lessig’s Mayday PAC
Represent.US and the Anti-Corruption Act
Tallahassee’s own Anti-Corruptoin act, and consideration for a similar Anti-Corruption initiative in Pensacola
