Santa Rosa under-delivers on elections

Escambia County has four early voting locations. Santa Rosa County only has two. Escambia was open on Sunday. Santa Rosa was not.

I looked at the budgets of the two election supervisors and Santa Rosa is paying a much higher rate per registered voter than Escambia County.

Escambia County: Budget $1,898,855 / 195,193 registered voters = $9.73 per voter

Santa Rosa County: Budget $1,244,750 / 99,461 registered voters = $12.52 per voter
