City Council Agenda missing a few items

The agenda for next week’s Pensacola City Council meeting is missing a few items:

  • CBRE update on Maritime Park and the proposed hotel and condo development. Actually any update from CBRE would be nice. Has the council approved contract renewal/extension?
  • Update on how city will replace $3-million grant for VT-MAE at the airport.
  • Update on Task Force for Human Services. The council held a workshop last month. Council President Andy Terhaar has a resolution supporting a Studer Community Institute campaign to discourage giving to panhandlers, but there is nothing on the recommendations made in the $30,000K study that was presented to the council last October.
  • Updates on fish hatchery and Deepflex.
  • Update on naming Airport Director and Fire Chief.
  • Update on Film Commission. Will there be a workshop?
  • Update on FY 2016 budget presentation and scheduling of workshops
  • Update on city council staffing
