Vince J. Whibbs, Sr. statue unveiled at Maritime Park

On Saturday, family and friends honored the late Vince Whibbs, Pensacola’s Mayor Emeritus, at the Community Maritime Park. The Whibbs family unveiled a statue of its patriarch.
