Fleming appointed by governor

Ed Fleming has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 1st District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. Fleming, of Pensacola, is a partner of McDonald Fleming Moorhead. The governor also appointed Gary Rutledge of Tallahassee, a shareholder with Rutledge Ecenia, P.A. and Richard Doran, also of Tallahassee, a shareholder of Ausley McMullen.
