Food trucks to park at Pensacola City Hall

Mayor Ashton Hayward announced today on Facebook that food trucks will be allowed at City Hall every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, beginning Jan. 7, 2016.

The Facebook page instructs food truck owners to contact Denise Shelton with Pensacola Cooks Kitchen to participate.

A food truck ordinance recently bogged down in the Pensacola City Council over step-back restrictions from restaurants. There are no restaurants with 50 feet of the city hall parking lot.
