Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has decided to not issue an opinion on Florida’s Enterprise Zones and EDATES.

“In light of the significant tax implications and real property and development consequences related to resolution of this matter,” wrote Senior Assistant Attorney General Gerry Hammond, “the Florida Attorney General’s office recommends the courts be consulted.”
