Scott requests President Obama to issue Emergency Declaration

On Feb. 29, Governor Rick Scott requested that President Barack Obama issue an emergency declaration, after touring damage in the Panhandle last week caused by severe storms. The declaration would provide federal aid to help Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties recover.
