Remember when right before the Sept. 5th primary, the chairman of the Escambia County Democratic Executive Committee sent out a press release warning voters about a “phony” Black Caucus: Ron Melton Attacks ?

Well, Ron, the black community leaders have formed a black caucus and it looks like they won’t be asking for your permission or approval.Â Area’s Black Caucus revived
