Studer: Depth, not breadth [podcast]

Yesterday, Quint Studer discussed his upcoming PNJ column on “Pensacola Speaks.”

He talked about a common mistake many start-ups make when they try to do too many things to create revenue. According to Studer, research shows that it is those owners who have a smaller scope with a focus on customer service that make it.
