Studer: Employees are not stolen [podcast]

On “Pensacola Speaks,” Quint Studer tackled the myth that companies steal employees from other businesses. It’s the topic on his next column for the Pensacola News Journal that will be published this weekend.

“Did someone hold them hostage? Were there ski masks involved? Who can force an employee to leave a workplace against their will?” said Studer. “Most managers, supervisors and senior executives see departures for what they are: A person deciding to leave for a reason that the person knows best.”
