Fourteen more townhouses could be coming to downtown

Ahi Esta LLC has submitted preliminary plat for 14 townhouses on the corner of Spring and West Intendencia streets. The subdivision, Aguada Creek, is on the September agenda for the City’s Planning Board. See Sept. 12 agenda.
