Buzz: Three locals up for federal judge spots

Circuit Court Judges Gary Bergosh and Jan Shackelford and Moore, Hill & Westmoreland attorney Charles Beall Jr. are among the eight semi-finalists for two federal court appointments – one in Tallahassee and one in Pensacola.

Interviews are scheduled Nov. 15 in Tallahassee and four candidates will be recommended to President Donald Trump to fill the two open federal judge positions.
