Sansom, Richburg indicted

St. Pete Times is reporting that the Tallahassee grand jury has indicted former Florida Speaker of the House Ray Sansom and Northwest Florida State College president Bob Richburg.

For official misconduct dealing with the $6 million Sansom secured for an airport building once sought by developer and major GOP donor Jay Odom. The misconduct was for creating false budget documents suggesting the building was a “multi-use educational facility” when in fact, it was an aircraft hangar.

Northwest Florida State College President Bob Richburg was also indicted for perjury for stating that there were not discussions about the hangar.
