Carpenter’s Creek Town Hall, Aug. 20

Councilwoman Sherri Myers will host a town hall 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20 at Asbury Place behind Cokesbury United Methodist Church, 5725 N. 9th Ave.

Topics:

1. Update on County hiring Master Planner for Carpenter’s Creek with RESTORE FUNDS. County and City staff will talk about joint effort to address the restoration of the creek including the city’s storm water enhancement program.

2. Update on 9th Ave. Bridge.

3. Emerald Coastkeeper Laurie Murphy will discuss the clean ups coming soon.
