City of Pensacola vote may surpass 2010 primary

In the 2010 Pensacola mayoral primary, the voter turnout was 36.4 percent for a four person race–Mayor Mike Wiggins, Ashton Hayward, Councilwoman Diane Mack and Charles Bare.

As 1:30 pm, 12,614 Pensacola residents have voted —a 32.1-percent turnout. For the City Council District 4 race, the turnout is 35.3 percent—2,197 votes.
