Richburg challenges firing

The president of Northwest Florida State College, Bob Richburg, is challenging his firing—claiming that the board committed a breach of contract when it fired Richburg on April 28. Richburg has been charged with official misconduct and perjury in regards to a hangar being built at the Okaloosa County airport for developer Jay Odom and supposedly classrooms.

The NWFSC board has voted to seek mediation.
