The University of West Florida this afternoon confirmed that Dr. Pam Northrup has resigned as Vice President, Research and Strategic Innovation and CEO Academic Innovation, effective Friday, Sept. 27. Northrup was appointed in January 2017 as the inaugural vice president of the new Division of Research and Strategic Innovation after Dr. Martha Saunders took over as the sixth president of the university.
The university gave no reasons for Dr. Northrup’s resignation but has removed her from its websites.
