City clarifies his order

Mayor Grover Robinson announced Thursday, March 19 a Declaration of State of Emergency 20-02 with new business restrictions in the City of Pensacola to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Pensacola community.

To clarify the restaurant restrictions contained within this order:

  • The restrictions listed in section 1 of the order do not apply to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult family-care homes, long-term care facilities, and adult group homes.
