Downtown Pensacola takes big hit

Escambia County Property Appraiser Chris Jones has turned his tax rolls into the Department of Revenue. County and City valuations are down slightly, but the Downtown Improvement Board district is off 11.5 percent; County down 3.8 percent; City down 2.6 percent
