Early voting sets new record in Escambia

In 2014, Escambia County had 18,421 voters take advantage of early voting:

2016: 39,313

2018: 39,052

This year, 69,837 voters cast their votes at early voting sites – 77.6% increase over the 2016 general election. Another 58,723 have mailed in ballots and more are expected. As of 1 p.m., the voter turnout is already at 55.36%.
