Plans for Fort Perkins revealed

ECUA board member Dale Perkins has told us that if the city and county don’t fork over $38 million each then he plans to fortify the Main Street Wastewater Treatment Plant. Here the plans for the fortified plant which we we renamed “Fort Perkins”
