Dale Perkins forgot to include in his five Three Point Plan that ECUA will be selling the 17 acres on which the Main Street Sewage Treatment Plant is built. The $280 million price tag for the new Cantonment plant includes the rehabilitation of the Main Street property.
What do you think the Main Street land is worth? $20 million, maybe. Why has the ECUA board forgotten to make the land sale part of the finance plan?
