ECUA can sell plant site

coffee Dale Perkins forgot to include in his five Three Point Plan that ECUA will be selling the 17 acres on which the Main Street Sewage Treatment Plant is built. The $280 million price tag for the new Cantonment plant includes the rehabilitation of the Main Street property.

What do you think the Main Street land is worth? $20 million, maybe. Why has the ECUA board forgotten to make the land sale part of the finance plan?
