Today, Pensacola’s Foo Foo Festival officially announced its plans for its eighth annual events, taking place Nov. 3-14. Via a virtual and in-person kickoff, the Foo Foo Festival committee shared this year’s grant application process, funding structure and COVID-safe procedures that will be implemented into this year’s festival.
