Downtown street closures tomorrow

Several roadways in downtown Pensacola will temporarily close to motorized traffic on Saturday, March 26 for the Ciclovía Pensacola event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The following streets will be open to bicycle, scooter and pedestrian traffic only during the event:

  • Main Street/Bayfront Parkway from South Clubbs Street to 12th Avenue/Wharf Avenue
  • South Palafox Street from Garden Street to Plaza de Luna
Please see the map below for details. Drivers should seek alternate routes during the event. Roads may be closed before and after the scheduled event times for setup and breakdown.

Representatives from the City of Pensacola’s Osceola Golf Course and partners from First Tee – Gulf Coast will be offering a free hitting station and putting station at Ciclovía to provide a fun recreational opportunity for event attendees of all ages. The Osceola Golf Course station will be located on East Main Street near Bartram Park, next to the Florida Public Archaeology Network Destination Archaeology Resource Center at 207 E. Main St.
