Another math textbook approved for K-5

The Florida Department of Education has posted a revised textbook list for K-5, which includes a second publisher, Big Ideas Learning, LLC. Based in Erie, Pa., the company has partnered with National Geographic Learning since 2017.

In the spring of 2010, Big Ideas Math middle school textbooks were adopted by over half of Florida’s 67 counties, according to the Florida Instruction Materials website.

The company has created a new series of textbooks for Florida’s B.E.S.T. standards.
