The website rebusinessonline reports that Branch Properties has signed two restaurants to join the tenant roster at Merganser Commons at Dogwood Estates in Milton where Publix will be the anchor.
The new eateries include RibCrib, a fast-casual barbecue restaurant, and Teriyaki Madness, an Asian concept, both operated by the Panhandle Restaurant Group. The center is currently 92 percent preleased to tenants including Domino’s Pizza, Great Clips, Japanese restaurant Nikko Sushi, Grand Nail Lounge and Scoops Ice Cream and Sweets.
