Tickets now available for Pensacola Children’s Chorus’s (PCC) – Showtime,the best of stage and screen! Reserve your tickets for PCC’s third and final concert of the season, scheduled to debut at the Saenger Theatre, May 12, 13 and 14, 2023.
The music of this concert is star-studded, to stay the least. A class-act of Irving Berlin’s “Puttin’ on the Ritz” opens the performance, along with songs from golden age musicals like Guys and Dolls and Kiss Me Kate. Audience members will recognize favorites from silver screen classics,including Hello Dolly!
Pensacola heritage is also on display at this year’s performance. Audiences will enjoy a larger-than-life Mardi Gras parade, complete with bead-throwing! Honoring the community’s proud commitment to liberty and equality, singers will explore the concept of freedom through the visages ofLangston Hughes, Harriet Tubman, and Martin Luther King Jr.,along with music from Hairspray and Ragtime.
