Thirty years ago today, a nearly two-month standoff between federal agents and members of a religious sect called the Branch Davidian ended in an inferno. The leader of the group and more than 80 of his followers, including 22 children, were killed in the blaze on a 77-acre compound outside Waco. Jim Ryan was on the scene and discusses the event.
