Touart blinks, Escambia County settles with Magaha

Buzz: We’re hearing that Escambia County Commissioners and County Administrator George Touart have reached an agreement with Clerk of Courts Ernie Lee Magaha. Magaha is coming out on top, but we’ve not gotten any details yet.
